History comes alive when you stroll Charlottetown's historic district with the Founders' Hall Confederation Players, a troupe of costumed, young, bilingual Canadians, trained as living Fathers and Ladies of Confederation.

Historic Great George Street (Available in English/French)
Stroll down one of Canada’s greatest historic streets where every building and street corner has a story to tell. Canadian heroes like Sir John A. MacDonald and Sire George Etienne Cartier share the historical sidewalk with town criers, “schemers” and tavern sweepers.

The Ghostly Realm (Available in English)
Challenge your belief in the supernatural in this storied walk along the very edge of the ghostly realm. Bloody murders haunt quiet Gaelic communities, ominous church bells announce watery graves, and Acadian witches plague soldiers with mournful song!

Parks Canada Historical Reenactments series- Life in 1864
Come and join the Confederation Players, a talented bilingual group of historical interpreters who will introduce you to the finer points of life in 1864. These mini Vignettes will take place daily at national historic Province House with a different performance every day of the week! We invite you to interact with these historical figures and learn more about the birth of this great nation!
Historical Reenactments are offered complimentary and is subject to weather conditions

Walking Tours are Adult $10.00, Children 12 and under $5.00 per person plus GST. Save when purchased with admission to Founders' Hall.

Thirty minutes before your walking tour begins join the Fathers and Ladies of confederation for complimentary old-fashioned games and races, weather permitting.
